I am trying to make a cd recording using a Tascam recorder connected to my soundboard. At the same time, I need to add an intro clip and an outro clip to the cd recording. I want to stay away from software and use the faster cd recorder. Is there a way to add the clips to the disc first, then record my content (i.e. CD-RW)? Any suggestions?

I think the way for you to go is as follows:

    1) record the intro

    2) pause

    3) record the content of the cd

    4) pause

    5) record the outtro

    6) finalize the cd

There's alot of audio editing software available online for free. Import the audio into the software and connect the intro and outtro export the edited file. after this, you can burn another cd or convert it to mp3 or whatever format of digital file you might need.

    Hope this helps
